Light forms of face acne can be treated with a less than decent budget. Expensive drugs with all kind of unpleasant side effects can be easily replaced with natural treatments. Some of the home made face acne treatments are presented below:
- Apply on the acne affected skin a mixture of a tea spun cinnamon and a tea spun lemon juice
- For face acne: mix honey bee and cinnamon to the consistency of a tooth paste. Apply this mixture on your face before going to sleep and next morning gently wash your face with worm water. Use this face acne treatment for at least a week.
- Apply a tomato pulp on your face for a half hour. Gently wash it out with worm water.
- Keep your body well hydrated. Drinking liquids helps the body eliminate toxins and that improves your skin condition.
- Sebum excess is favoring the acne. Get rid of it by gently washing your face with salty worm water.
- Egg white is accelerating the healing process when suffering from acne. Apply some on your face during the night and wash it next morning. Easy and effective.
- Do not pop your pimples! That will only worsen your acne condition. There are plenty of web sites explaining actually how to pop a pimple!!!!! There is no proper way to do it without unpleasant consequences. Just don’t do it.
It is good to know that are many acne related believes out there are simply not true. Here are a few of the most common ones:
- If you don’t use daily soap to wash your face it doesn’t mean you are worsening
your acne condition. Actually overusing soap can irritate your skin. Use a mild
one.
- For very long time masturbation was exposed as an acne cause. Reality is that this
is just a technique to try minimizing premarital sex in the 17th century; a rumor
that still goes around.
- Sun exposure will dry your skin reducing acne. What can we say about this one?!
Totally wrong! The skin will dry it out, the skin will peel off and the acne will
still be there.
- Food is not an acne cause at all although it is claimed that certain foods will
provoke acne infections.
- Stress. Studies shown stress is not an acne cause. It can worsen your acne condition
but it won’t provoke it.
Based on the gravity of the acne condition the available treatments can cure it or only improve the skin condition. A severe form of acne cannot be totally cured. However there are options out there to help reducing the infections, blemishes, scars.
The acne cause is a bacteria. In certain circumstances acne is an allergic reaction to makeup (use oil free makeup), food ingredients and medication. That is why it is preferable to treat your skin condition with natural remedies, herbal treatments less aggressive to your body and without undesired secondary effects.
