Acnezine Tips for day to day acne care
Acnezine acne treatments have to be combined with a regular skin care
routine.
Keep the affected areas clean by washing at least twice a day with a mild soap
such as Dove, or a soap that contains benzoyl peroxide like Oxy5. If you need
to, wash more often avoiding scrubbing.
Shampoo your hair daily and keep it of your face and shoulders.
As much as possible don’t shave the affected area, if shaving is necessary do it
carefully avoiding nicking the pimples. A fresh shaving blade will minimize the
infection from spreading.
Proper selection of make ups and cosmetics is important. The hypoallergenic or
fragrance free brands will have lesser impact on a skin prone to acne. Infection
and scarring can be prevented if you do not pop, pick, scratch or squeeze your
pimples.
Over the counter acne treatments are available; these contain substances such as
benzoyl peroxide (gel or cream) or salicylic acid. Care should be exercised when
using these products – always start with a low strength product that you can
apply once a day half an hour before washings. For products with more then 5%
strength you should always consult a physician.
Food and nutrition recommendation for acne – Some doctors will say that your
diet will not influence acne. Some alternate practitioners will recommended
certain food groups for acne treatments.
Foods high in beta carotene like carrots, pumpkins, cantaloupe and other yellow
orange fruits and vegetables will aid the patience fight with acne. Avoiding
fatty food will also help.
Acnezine, on the other hand controls the oil secretion in your body and will protect the acne prone skin from the inside out.
Vitamin therapy for acne: To aid the metabolism of the hormones and also support
the function of Acnezine , nutritionists are suggesting the addition of
supplements like: chromium to bust the bodies ability to break down glucose;
vitamin A to reduce the sebum and keratin production – A proper dosage is very
important , over using vitamin A can cause headaches, fatigues, muscle and joint
pain. A practitioner should be consulted for mega dosages. Vitamin E taken daily
(200 to 400 IU) is a good antioxidant, also vitamin B6 is good (50 mg per day).
Important Note : Any of the methods described here should not be applied on individuals
without the guidance of a qualified practitioner familiar with the remedies and
the persons medical history. Acnezine is a natural antioxidant without any side
effects and is used with good results in reducing acne.
