Hot Summer Skin
Summer is coming soon and we all expect it with the sunny days and clear sky, just fine for going to the beach. This winter wasn’t that bad and it wasn’t that long also. We are looking forward though with holidays, parties, long weekends, fun in the sun, vacations.
If you suffer from acne though, you may want to be a little bit more cautious. You have to have fun but be smart, be prepared. Many people believe that sun exposure it is good for their skin. Well… maybe the skin looks a little nicer and smoother in the beginning (after sun exposure) but the pimples don’t actually go away! Long exposure to ultraviolet radiations only burns the first skin layer in the exposed areas. As you can tell that doesn’t address the true causes of acne. The burned skin layer goes away in a little while; the sebum will start clogging the pores again therefore your acne will still be there.
Here is what you should be careful about in the
hot summer time:
SWEAT - Summer activities almost guarantee you will sweet a lot. Not exciting news for acne sufferers. Make sure you don’t wipe your face too often. If you have to do it, then wash your face gently with warm water. Be careful not to irritate your skin.
DRY SKIN - Exposure to wind and sun will certainly dry out your skin. The skin tends to crack and the lesions ill heal slower. That will not help your acne condition.
DIRT – The air born dust will have a heavy contribution to clogged pores. The dust will team-up with the sebum to clog your skin pores. Keep your skin clean!
OILY SUN SCREEN – The oil in it may be just as bad as the sebum clogging your pores. So keep away from that oil rich sun screens.
SALTY WATER – Clean skin and salty water don’t
go together at all. And that without considering that sea water is not clean at
all! Once again keep your skin clean. Sun screen can protect your skin from salty
water as well.
Lots of challenges to put up with in a hot summer! So, acne sufferers, how do you cope with the hot sticky weather? How do you fight acne in these circumstances?
The answer is easy: keep your skin clean, free of dust, don’t irritate it. If your life stile involves heavy sweating be even more careful. The best way to achieve all these is to use
Clear Pores cleansing system. Its three components will do the job for you:
the deep washes will help you keep the skin clean and dry,
the herbal supplements will take care of the main cause of acne (that is the acne bacteria) and
the protection cream is a protective layer on your skin keeping away the bacteria.
Sounds like a lot of work taking care of your
skin but really if you get it into your habits in a short while you won’t even notice
it anymore!
